Depackaging Machine

The design of PEAKS-ECO’s Depackaging Machine combines the function of crushing, pulping, washing, high-speed centrifugal dehydration to achieve slurry and liquid separation. The equipment can shred materials and sort sundries, particle size larger than 10mm will be separated, such as bottle caps, chopsticks, plastic, paper and other small or light objects. At the same time, the bulk organic matter is broken to obtain a homogeneous material dominated by slurry with a particle size of less than 10mm of organic matter, which is pumped to the subsequent system for processing.
